Things people ask before they call

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Call and describe the problem. Small, clear-cut things — a disposal swap, a ceiling fan — Jason can often price on the phone. Anything involving water, wiring or something behind a wall, he comes out, looks at it properly and writes down the job and the price. Nothing starts until you've said yes to what's on the paper.

Is my job too small?

No. A sticking door, one outlet, a hole in the drywall, the list of small things that never gets done — that's most of what the phone rings for. If you've got several, save them up and he'll knock them out in one visit.

How soon can you come out?

For the small stuff, often the day you call. Bigger jobs get scheduled after the estimate. Hours are Monday to Friday 7 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 2; if you call outside them, leave a message and he'll get back to you.

Yes — repairs and preventative maintenance for property managers and business owners who want one number to call. There are no set packages: Jason walks the property with you first, then prices the work for what it actually needs. If part of a job needs a license beyond his own, he brings in the right licensed trade and manages the work himself.
